Carbohydrates are NOT our enemy. We just
need to pick them wisely and choose the ones that have as many Phytonutrients
as possible. The table below lists the best type of Carbohydrates
Reintroducing carbohydrates can be a bit
of a mine field. The slides below give
some tips on how to do this. We recommend you start slow and increase bit by
bit. So around 40g-60g of Carbohydrates at the beginning is a good start. How
much you need depends on many variables such as gender, size, life style, genetic.
So in short there is no magic number that works for everyone it’s trial and
error until you hit your sweet spot. The following slides will try and walk you
