Final Week!

You are on the home stretch now Team with only one week to go! You have the option this week to add in fermented dairy to the program. If dairy is not your thing then no need to add it in, but for those of you who's dairy agrees with we are giving you the option to add it in a measured way as set out below. Like with nuts, please listen to your own body when introducing it. Some people will feel fine, however, some may notice some discomfort. Try it out and see how you go. We are also giving you another cheat this week so enjoy (and no you cannot bank your cheat from last week if you didn’t use it).

Now that the end is in sight it’s a good time to ask yourself the following questions:
